  • Are you a production agency?

    No, we are event production specialists. We shun the agency model to bring cost effective solutions to the modern client.  We are not loaded down by excessive or unnecessary staff and overhead.  We just love what we do, delivering incredible events and experiences to our clients, line by itemized line.


    We provide the same level of personal service many of our larger competitors do, but we do it through strategic partnerships and agreements.  Our goals are to keep costs low and quality high. Based on each event's needs, we assemble a highly technical and experienced team of professionals, all dedicated to providing our clients with the very best in quality and service.

  • What types of events do you produce?

    You name it, we've done it.  Our executive producers and production managers have designed and executed multi-day multi-track conferences, full blown trade shows and expositions, single room corporate meeting, live broadcast or virtual event, roadshows, concerts, and many many more.


    We are event geeks, and we thrive on next-level events and experiences.  Our harshest critics are ourselves.

  • Do you provide content and speech support?

    Absolutely.  We can take your ideas and words and create an immersive on-stage presentation. We can create custom videos, soundtracks, and motion graphics to enhance messaging. We are versed in both PC and MAC environments and will use the platform most suitable for the content type.


    We realize the notion of speaking in front of hundreds or thousands of people may be daunting, and we will guide you through the process of effective presentation and speaking techniques to ensure both you and your audience have an enjoyable and engaging experience.

  • What types of event technologies have you deployed or used?

    We are strong believers in meaningful technology in live event settings.  Technology is here to stay, and we believe the effective use of technology will deliver measurable differences in experience, engagement, and metrics.  


    Some of what we've designed and deployed include:

    • RFID attendee tracking
    • Digital pre- and on-site registration
    • Digital lead retrieval
    • Fully interactive digital signage and display systems
    • Meeting app, deployed through a BYOD or rental model
    • Connected apps such as digital flight boards, social media walls, etc.
    • Virtual event platforms, with or without a mobile companion platform or app

    Using technology for the sake of technology is just wasting precious budget dollars. We prefer to deploy tech that attendees will want to use and will talk about well beyond the event.

  • What is your coverage area?

    Better question would be "what isn't in our coverage area."  Our team has designed and executed programs throughout the world.  The majority of our clients are in the United States, but our extensive network of partners and vendors enable us to support our clients anywhere their events may take them.
